One of the ways we seek to help people "live real life" is through a ministry of small groups that we call Community Groups. Community Groups incorporate worship, fellowship, teaching, discussion and prayer so you can mature and grow as a Christian. See details on our current Community Groups below, all of which can also be found on our Calendar. If you have questions about any of our groups, please contact us.

Vision for Community Groups

  • Love one another
  • Serve one another
  • Use your gifts and abilities to bless others

Biblical Basis for Community Groups

1.    In the beginning . . . (Genesis 2:18)  The first thing that God said was not good was for man to be alone.

2.    Covenant community (Gen 9:17; Ex 19:5-6; 2 Sam 7:5-16; Jer 31:31-34) God created the model community by making a covenant with Noah, Abram, David and others.

3.    Upper Room (John 20:19-20; Acts 2:1, 42-47) The natural response of the disciples was to gather together. Remember that Jesus promised, "Whenever two or three are gathered in my name, I will be with them (Mt 18:20). Also, the author of Hebrews warns us "not to forsake gathering together." (Heb. 10:25)
